Dan Sharp
Infoware, a leading provider of Managed IT Services and legal document software for law firms, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® by Great Place to Work Institute Canada®, a research and management consulting company and global authority on workplace culture. This is Infoware’s second year in a row earning the certification which is based on direct feedback from employees through an anonymous survey. The survey covers topics related to employee experience, workplace culture, and trust in leadership, among others. The survey results and certification reflect Infoware’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel supported and valued.
Infoware is very proud of the Infoware team and that our core values and commitment to employees are ultimately responsible for us earning this certification. He adds “We are excited and honoured to be a Certified Great Place to Work™ for a second consecutive year and we are committed to providing an environment that values diversity, inclusion, appreciation, and respect. Our success depends on supporting our employees and doing so will have a significant long term benefit for our clients, employees, and the company. I would like to thank our entire team for their contributions”.
Earning this certification is a significant achievement. Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada, says that a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues. "Data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers.
Based on Great Place To Work® Canada’s research 95% of job candidates say reputation is a major factor when considering a job offer. Moreover, certified companies do better on key business indicators like Agility, Teamwork and Effort, all of which are essential to a company’s growth and success.
Infoware believes that fostering a strong and positive workplace culture is critical for employees to develop and deliver their best work. Dan Sharp indicates that, “delivering world class client service begins with providing the proper support systems and processes for employees, which is why we are so committed to cultivating a good working atmosphere.”
