This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience. The survey covered employee experience, workplace culture, and trust in leadership, among others. The certification that comes as a result of the survey is a testimony to Infoware’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel supported and valued.
